Apple Raisin Cakes Recipe - Cooking Index
Small cakes make great snacks.

1 cup | 237ml | Unsweetened applesauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Unbleached white flour |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Whole-wheat flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Golden raisins |
Combine all ingredients until blended.
Cook on a nonstick griddle over medium heat until both sides are browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve with additional applesauce.
