Three-Melon Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Cubed seeded watermelon |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Unsweetened pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 | Cantaloupe melon | |
1/8 | Honeydew melon |
Combine watermelon, pineapple juice and lemon juice in blender; process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Scoop out balls of cantaloupe and honeydew.
To serve, pour watermelon mixture into shallow bowls; garnish with cantaloupe and honeydew.
