Swimming Tuna Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozLow-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 tablespoon 15mlReduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
2 teaspoons 10mlDry ranch-style salad dressing mix
1   Water-pack chunk white tuna - (3 oz) - drained, flaked
2 tablespoons 30mlSliced green onion
  = (or chopped celery)
1 teaspoon 5mlDried parsley flakes
1   Peeled baby carrots - (12 oz)

Recipe Instructions

Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salad dressing mix in food processor or blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in tuna, green onion and parsley. Serve with carrots.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
