Sweet Potato Pie II

Recipe Ingredients

3 cups 711mlCooked sweet potatoes - peeled, mashed (large)
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozEgg substitute
2 teaspoons 10mlVanilla
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon-flavored extract
1 tablespoon 15mlButter-flavored extract
1 teaspoon 5mlCinnamon
1 teaspoon 5mlNutmeg
1/8 cup 29mlBrandy
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon juice
1 1/2 cups 355mlEvaporated fat-free (skim) milk
1   Nine-inch pie shell

Recipe Instructions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Pour into the pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.
