3 cups | 711ml | Cooked sweet potatoes - peeled, mashed (large) |
3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Egg substitute |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon-flavored extract |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter-flavored extract |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Nutmeg |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Brandy |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Evaporated fat-free (skim) milk |
1 | Nine-inch pie shell |
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth. Pour into the pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.
