1 | Pineapple chunks in light syrup - (20 oz) - drained | |
1 | Maraschino cherries - (6 oz) - drained and halved | |
1 | Mandarin oranges - (11 oz) - drained | |
1 cup | 237ml | Low-fat vanilla yogurt - (8 oz) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Miniature marshmallows |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweetened flaked coconut |
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until evenly coated with the yogurt.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
