Recipe Ingredients

1   Pineapple chunks in light syrup - (20 oz) - drained
1   Maraschino cherries - (6 oz) - drained and halved
1   Mandarin oranges - (11 oz) - drained
1 cup 237mlLow-fat vanilla yogurt - (8 oz)
1/2 cup 118mlMiniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons 30mlSweetened flaked coconut

Recipe Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until evenly coated with the yogurt.

Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
