Dill-Lightful Lemon Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
Cook up some cleaned fresh asparagus spears a few minutes in the microwave, then chill them until ready to dip. You might also want to dollop this sparingly on your grilled fish or chicken

1/2 cup | 118ml | Buttermilk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Grated lemon peel |
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
