1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Coarsely-chopped onion |
1 | Great Northern beans - (15 1/2 oz) - drained | |
1 | Black beans - (15 oz) - drained | |
1 | Mexican-style stewed tomatoes - (14.5 oz) - undrained | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix |
Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is browned.
Stir remaining ingredients into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
