Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozChicken tenders - cut 3/4" pieces
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozCoarsely-chopped onion
1   Great Northern beans - (15 1/2 oz) - drained
1   Black beans - (15 oz) - drained
1   Mexican-style stewed tomatoes - (14.5 oz) - undrained
2 tablespoons 30mlTexas-style chili powder seasoning mix

Recipe Instructions

Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is browned.

Stir remaining ingredients into saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

This recipe yields 6 (1-cup) servings.
