Tofu Dip With Herbs Recipe - Cooking Index
| 12 oz | 340g | Firm tofu - drained, patted dry |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery seed |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped parsley |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Diced green onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic cloves - pressed (medium) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables.
