1 cup 237mlFat-free cream cheese
1 cup 237mlLow-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons 10mlLemon juice
1/2 cup 46g / 1.6ozMinced - cooked shrimp
2 teaspoons 10mlLemon pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients and mix together until smooth. Pack into a crock or sturdy tupperware. Pack with raw vegetables and keep on ice.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: about 1/4 cup.
