1 cup | 237ml | Low-fat sour cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Minced - cooked shrimp |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon pepper |
Combine all ingredients and mix together until smooth. Pack into a crock or sturdy tupperware. Pack with raw vegetables and keep on ice.
