Prosciutto With Papaya Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Ripe papaya (large) |
4 | Lettuce leaves | |
2 oz | 56g | Paper-thin slices prosciutto |
= (or smoked ham) | ||
8 | Ripe olives |
Pare the ripe papaya and remove seeds. Slice lengthwise into eight slices. Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves and arrange two strips of papaya on each plate. Gently wrap center of each piece of papaya with prosciutto.
Garnish with olives.
