Mango Whip Recipe - Cooking Index

| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Sugar |
| 1 | Papaya - peeled, seeded, | |
| And cut into small pieces | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Low-calorie whipped topping |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Chopped toasted pecans |
Peel and pit the mangoes. Cut the fruit into pieces and puree in a food processor. Add the sugar and stir in the papaya.
Fold in the whipped topping. Top each serving with pecans and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
