1 cup | 237ml | Low-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat-free cream cheese - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Coconut extract |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated orange zest |
3 cups | 438g / 15oz | Combined diced papayas and mangoes |
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, orange juice, extract, and zest. Combine until smooth.
Put the fruit into a container. Pour sauce over fruit and refrigerate 1 hour.
