6   Grapefruit sections
1/2 cup 118mlSliced fresh or canned pineapple
1/2 cup 118mlPapaya
  = (or cantaloupe or other melon)
1   Orange - peeled, sectioned (medium)
1   Banana (medium)
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozDiced mango
  = (or cantaloupe or other melon)
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar substitute
1   Red food coloring - (optional)
1/4 cup 59mlPlain nonfat yogurt

Recipe Instructions

Combine the fruits in a large bowl, then spoon into 6 individual serving dishes.

Blend the sugar substitute, food coloring, and yogurt. Top each serving with a dollop of yogurt. Serve well chilled.
