4 | Peaches - peeled, pitted, | |
And sliced | ||
2 cups | 474ml | Hulled strawberries |
30 | Sweet cherries - pitted, halved | |
2 | Pears - peeled, cored, | |
And sliced | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cinnamon |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Brandy extract |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
