Hot Summer Fruit Compote

Recipe Ingredients

4   Peaches - peeled, pitted,
  And sliced
2 cups 474mlHulled strawberries
30   Sweet cherries - pitted, halved
2   Pears - peeled, cored,
  And sliced
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGround cinnamon
2 tablespoons 30mlOrange juice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlBrandy extract

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to coat. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
