Hot Crab Dip

This dip is delicious with chunks of thick, crusty sourdough bread.

Recipe Ingredients

7 oz 198gCanned or fresh crabmeat - rinsed, drained,
  And flaked
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlHorseradish
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPaprika
8 oz 227gLow-fat cream cheese - (1 cup)
1 tablespoon 15mlSkim milk
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh lemon juice
  Assorted crackers

Recipe Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, blending thoroughly.

Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until mixture bubbles. Serve hot with crackers.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/3 cup.
