Hot Crab Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
This dip is delicious with chunks of thick, crusty sourdough bread.

1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
8 oz | 227g | Low-fat cream cheese - (1 cup) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Skim milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Assorted crackers |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients, blending thoroughly.
Spoon mixture into a small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes until mixture bubbles. Serve hot with crackers.
