Horseradish Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Whipped Cottage Cheese - plus |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Whipped Cottage Cheese - (see recipe) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped green pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Crushed dried marjoram |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 | Cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or cooked ham cubes on toothpicks.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
