Horseradish Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlWhipped Cottage Cheese - plus
2 tablespoons 30mlWhipped Cottage Cheese - (see recipe)
2 tablespoons 30mlPrepared horseradish
2 tablespoons 30mlFinely-chopped green pepper
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlDried basil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCrushed dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1   Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or cooked ham cubes on toothpicks.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
