Herbed Avocado Dressing

Recipe Ingredients

1   Avocado - peeled, pitted,
  And cubed
1/2 cup 118mlPlain yogurt
1/2 cup 118mlLow fat buttermilk
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozCoarsely-chopped washed and
  Stemmed watercress
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozMinced parsley
2   Scallions minced
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlMinced fresh dill
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients at high speed for 1 minute. Pour into a container and refrigerate until needed. Keeps in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.

This recipe yields 16 servings. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
