Herb Seasoning For Fish Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-chopped onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Dried parsley flakes |
= (or 1 tbspn snipped fresh parsley) | ||
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crushed dried rosemary |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper | |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Melted margarine |
Combine all ingredients. Spread over fish fillets. Use regular method for baking or broiling fish.
This recipe yields 1/4 cup. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
