Harlequin Dip

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gPlain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup 59mlPrepared chili sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlPrepared horseradish - drained
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated lemon rind
2 tablespoons 30mlFinely-chopped celery
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlFinely-chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients well. Chill in a covered container at least 2 hours before serving.

Zesty dip for chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
