Harlequin Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Plain low-fat yogurt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Prepared chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish - drained |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon rind |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-chopped celery |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-chopped green pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely-chopped green onion |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
Combine all ingredients well. Chill in a covered container at least 2 hours before serving.
Zesty dip for chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.
This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
