Green Beans With White Wine And Garlic Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Trimmed fresh green beans |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Finely-minced shallots |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste | ||
1 | Salt - (optional) |
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain. Plunge them into cold water and drain again.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and add to the green beans. Toss and serve.
