Grand Marnier Fruit Cup Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Peach or nectarine (small) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Purple plums (small) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red apple (small) |
24 | Seedless green grapes | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Sugar substitute equal to 2 tbspns sugar | ||
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Grand Marnier |
Peel peach. Remove stones from peach or nectarine and plums and core from apple. Cut grapes in half; cut remaining fruit into small bite-sized pieces.
Mix fruits well with remaining ingredients. Turn into a jar, cover, and chill for a few hours to blend flavors.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
