Ginger Soy Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
This dressing can double as a marinade for chicken, turkey, or fish.
Courses: Marinades, Salads1/2 cup | 118ml | Lite soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sesame oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated fresh ginger |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry sherry |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Granulated sugar substitute |
Combine all ingredients in a small jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously until well blended. Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve. Shake again before serving.
This recipe yields 16 servings. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.
