Fitness Shake

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlSkim milk
2 cups 474mlRipe bananas - cut 1" pieces (medium)
1/2 cup 118mlPlain or banana nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup 118mlNonfat dry skim milk powder
1/3 cup 78mlWheat germ
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
2 1/2 teaspoons 12mlEqual Measure
  = (or 8 packets Equal sweetener
  Or 1/3 cup Equal Spoonful)
  Ground cinnamon - (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Blend all ingredients except cinnamon in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 8 ounces (1 cup).
