2 cups | 474ml | Skim milk |
2 cups | 474ml | Ripe bananas - cut 1" pieces (medium) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Plain or banana nonfat yogurt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat dry skim milk powder |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Wheat germ |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Equal Measure |
= (or 8 packets Equal sweetener | ||
Or 1/3 cup Equal Spoonful) | ||
Ground cinnamon - (optional) |
Blend all ingredients except cinnamon in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 8 ounces (1 cup).
