4 oz | 113g | Eggless fettuccine |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | 1% cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Butter flavored sprinkles - (butter buds) |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
Black pepper |
Cook fettuccine according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce; combine remaining ingredients in food processor (or blender) and process until VERY smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain pasta and cool slightly. Mix with sauce and serve immediately (sauce separates if it stands too long). Add pepper to taste.
