This is a refreshing change from standard garden salads to accompany a meal.

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sweet red onion |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lite mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Low-fat sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dill |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
