Fettuccine Alfredo (Cheddar Sauce)

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Fettuccine
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Butter
1 cup	237ml	Light cream
3/4 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Cheese - parmesan
3/4 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Cheddar cheese - grated
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cook fettuccine according to directions. Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove when hot, but do not boil. Toss in noodles.
