Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups 296mlCold skim milk
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlAlmond extract - (optional), divided
1   Jello vanilla flavor fat-free sugar-free
  Reduced-calorie instant pudding and pie
  Filling - (4 serv-size)
1 cup 237mlThawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping
2 tablespoons 30mlToasted almonds - chopped, divided
1   Lite cherry pie filling - (20 oz)

Recipe Instructions

Pour cold milk and 1/4 teaspoon of the extract into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.

Stir in whipped topping and 1 tablespoon of the almonds. Mix cherry pie filling and remaining 1/4 teaspoon extract. Spoon pudding mixture and pie filling alternately into 8 dessert glasses.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with remaining almonds.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/8 recipe.
