Cheese And Onion Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlWhipped Cottage Cheese - plus
2 tablespoons 30mlWhipped Cottage Cheese - (see recipe)
4 tablespoons 60mlFinely-chopped green onion
5 tablespoons 75mlGrated Parmesan cheese
1   Cayenne pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve with chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.

This recipe yields 1 1/4 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
