1 cup | 237ml | Whipped Cottage Cheese - plus |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Whipped Cottage Cheese - (see recipe) |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Finely-chopped green onion |
5 tablespoons | 75ml | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | Cayenne pepper |
Combine all ingredients, mix well, and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with chunks of cooked meat, fish, or raw vegetables.
