Try this spicy dressing on salads, as a dip for fresh vegetables, or as a sauce for grilled steak or chicken.

4 tablespoons | 60ml | Coarse Dijon-style mustard |
5 teaspoons | 25ml | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion powder |
4 | Hot pepper sauce | |
3 | Green food coloring |
Combine all ingredients in a small glass container and mix well. Refrigerate and use within 1 week.
