Banana Pineapple Freeze Recipe - Cooking Index
Try this dessert when you are in the mood for something cool and creamy without all the fat of ice cream. It's especially pretty served in wine or champagne glasses and topped with a sprig of mint.
Courses: Dessert2 cups | 474ml | Mashed ripe bananas |
2 cups | 474ml | Unsweetened orange juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Unsweetened crushed pineapple - undrained |
Ground cinnamon - to taste |
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, processing until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into a 9- by 9- by 2-inch baking dish and freeze overnight or until firm. Serve chilled.
