Baked Onion Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vidalia onion - peeled, quatered (medium) = (or other sweet onion) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato paste |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Italian seasoning |
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush onion with tomato paste and sprinkle with seasoning. Wrap in aluminium foil, leaving an airspace, and bake 1 hour or until tender.
