Avocados With Cilantro Lime Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced red onion |
2/3 cup | 10g / 0.4oz | Minced cilantro |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Minced parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | White wine vinegar |
2 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1 | Jalapeņo pepper - minced | |
1 | Avocado - cut 18 thin slices (large) | |
1 | Orange - sectioned (medium) | |
1 | Red onion - sliced into rings (small) |
Combine the onion, cilantro, parsley, oil, lime juice, vinegar, garlic and jalapeño pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
On individual plates, fan out the avocado slices and top with oranges and red onions. Spoon salsa on top and serve.
