Crockpot Banana Bread Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Shortening |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1 3/4 cups | 109g / 3.8oz | Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Baking soda |
1 cup | 237ml | Mashed bananas |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
Cream together shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with mashed banana; stir in raisins.
Grease a 4-cup can and pour batter in it. Cover top with paper towels (6 to 8) and place on rack in cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours (or until bread is done).
