Baked Apples - Crockpot

Recipe Ingredients

6		Cooking apples (large)
3/4 cup	177ml	Orange juice
2 teaspoons	10ml	Grated orange rind
1 teaspoon	5ml	Lemon rind grated
3/4 cup	177ml	Rose wine
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Cinnamon
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Brown sugar
		Whipped cream

Recipe Instructions

Remove core from apples and place in crockpot. Mix together all other ingredients except whipped cream. Pour over apples. Cover pot and cook on low for about 3 1/2 hours or until apples are tender. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
