1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Tomatoes - (16 oz) - drained, chopped | |
1 | Taco seasoning - (1 1/4 oz) | |
8 oz | 227g | Velveeta - cut up |
2 cups | 474ml | Shredded mozzarella |
1 cup | 237ml | Shredded Cheddar |
Plain taco chips |
Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Stir in tomatoes and taco seasoning; simmer 15 minutes.
Place beef mixture and cheeses in slow coooker. Heat on HIGH 30 to 60 minutes until cheese melts. Serve hot with chips.
