Pour the juices into a 4-quart saucepan, add a little water, onion, garlic, frozen corn and penne pasta. Boil until the pasta is done, then cut up the beef and add it to the saucepan. Can add any any number of vegetables -- carrots, spinach, etc. -- that would have gone well with the soup.
