Apple Butter Barbecued Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves - (1 pound) | |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Apple butter | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salsa | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Catsup | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vegetable oil | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - optional | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder | 
| 2 splash | Worcestershire sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Liquid smoke flavoring - optional | 
Place chicken in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 F. for 25 minutes or until meat juices run clear.
