2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Dry bread crumbs |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped fine (small) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Hot pepper sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cayenne |
1 | Oregano | |
1 | Freshly-ground black pepper | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Grated Parmesan cheese |

Simmer undrained clams in lemon juice for 5 minutes. Transfer clams with lemon juice, bread crumbs, butter, onion, hot pepper sauce, parsley, cayenne, oregano and pepper to slow cooker. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with crackers.
