Turkey Soup Crockpot Style Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground turkey |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Basil |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Beef bouillon |
| 3 cups | 711ml | Boiling water |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Tomato sauce - (8 oz) |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Diced celery |
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Diced carrots |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - diced (large) |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced green pepper - (optional) |
Add all ingredients except sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Add mushrooms and turn up to HIGH for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with rolls or garlic bread.
