3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Onions - peeled, sliced |
1 | Butter - (4 oz) | |
2 | Beef consomme | |
1 | Water | |
Grated Mozzarella cheese |
Saute onions until clear. Mix all ingredients except cheese in crock pot. Cook on LOW 6 hours.
Serve in individual bowls. Place cheese on top. Broil until cheese melts.
