Lois' Corn-Potato Chowder

Recipe Ingredients

6   Crisp cooked bacon - crumbled
4   Potatoes - peeled, diced (medium)
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozMinced onions
1   Cream corn - (16 oz)
2   Chicken broth - (13 3/4 oz ea)
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1   Evaporated milk - (13 oz)

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients except milk in a crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Add milk and cook covered for another 30 to 45 minutes.

This recipe yields 2 quarts.
