Cleaned and dried | ||

1/2 cup | 118ml | Pine nuts or walnuts |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Good quality olive oil |
In a blender, combine basil, garlic, nuts, and cheese. Slowly add oil while blender is running. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. From: Sallie Austin
