Ham Soup Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ham - diced |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Corn |
3 | Tomatoes - peeled, diced | |
2 | Potatoes - peeled, diced | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco pepper sauce |
Water or broth - to cover |
Place ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW all day. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
