2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Frying chicken |
1 | Onion - chopped | |
3 | Potatoes - peeled, diced | |
4 | Carrots - sliced | |
3 | Celery stalks - sliced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
3 1/2 cups | 829ml | Water - or to cover |
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary. Before serving, remove bones.
