2   Celery stalks - finely chopped
1   Carrot - finely chopped (large)
1   Onion - finely chopped (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlSweet butter
1 tablespoon 15mlCurry powder
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon juice
1   Bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
3   Chicken bouillon cubes
2   Water

Recipe Instructions

Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours. Garnish with chopped green pepper.
