2 | Black beans - (15 oz ea) - drained, rinsed | |
2 | Chopped green chiles - (4 1/2 oz ea) | |
1 | Mexican stewed tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) - undrained | |
1 | Diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 oz) - undrained | |
1 | Whole kernel corn - (11 oz) - drained | |
4 | Green onions - sliced | |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried minced garlic |
Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours (LOW 8 to 10 hours).
