Recipe Ingredients

3   Carrots - cut up
3   Potatoes - cut up
2 lbs 908g / 32ozBeef chuck or stew meat - cut 1 1/2" cubes
1 cup 237mlWater or beef stock
1 teaspoon 5mlWorcestershire
1   Garlic clove
1   Bay leaf
  Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlPaprika
3   Onions - quartered
1   Celery stalk - cut up

Recipe Instructions

Put all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Stir just enough to mix spices. Cover and set to LOW for 10 to 12 hours or HIGH for 5 to 6 hours.
