1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Italian sausage |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - halved, sliced (medium) |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Green pepper - cut into chunks (small) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
1 | Whole tomatoes - (28 oz) | |
2 | Kidney beans - (16 oz ea) - drained | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano leaves |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil leaves |
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage. Remove and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Put all ingredients into crock. Cover and cook on:
= 1 (Low) for 8 to 10 hours.
= Auto Shift™ 6 to 7 hours.
= 2 (High) 4 to 5 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
