Sausage And Kidney Bean Stew

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozItalian sausage
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion - halved, sliced (medium)
1 lb 454g / 16ozGreen pepper - cut into chunks (small)
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic
1   Whole tomatoes - (28 oz)
2   Kidney beans - (16 oz ea) - drained
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon 5mlDried basil leaves

Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage. Remove and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Put all ingredients into crock. Cover and cook on:

= 1 (Low) for 8 to 10 hours.

= Auto Shift™ 6 to 7 hours.

= 2 (High) 4 to 5 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
