Saffron Rice Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Long-grain converted rice - uncooked |
4 1/2 cups | 1066ml | Water |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - melted |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Saffron threads |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
