Chris' Crock Pot Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Eight-inch-pan cornbread | |
8 | Day old bread - toasted, cubed | |
4 | Eggs | |
1 | Onion (medium) | |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chopped celery |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sage or poultry seasoning - (to 2 tspns) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 | Cream of chicken soup | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
Lightly grease crock pot. Crumble cornbread into mixer bowl. Add all ingredients except butter. Pour mixture into crock pot. Dot top with butter. Cook on HIGH 2 hours or on LOW 3 to 4 hours.
